10 YEARS = MEXICO

Beware of a million pictures!!! Wade and I are celebrating ten years of marriage this month, so we have been planning on going to Mexico for a long time now. It all just fell into place with a co-worker of ours buying a really nice condo in Punta de Mita, Mexico and offering it to us to use. We didn't know what to expect, but it was a very relaxing and much needed break for both of us. The Judds got in on the action for the first 4 days of the trip, and I think we agreed that we like to travel with others, it makes for a more adventurous time. This was a very fun way to celebrate our first ten years together, can't wait to see what the next 10 years will bring....
Early morning, LAX, looking pasty white!
Master bedroom looking out over the ocean, heaven!
Full kitchen, three bathrooms, perfect amount of space.
Second bedroom, Judd's love den.....ha.
Rooftop pool and bar!
We really enjoyed all of our yummy dinners out.

First morning sunrise over the calm ocean....perfection.

There is a pool down from our patio, and chairs to lay out on, steps from the ocean.

This fitness room was very much appreciated.
Not a bad view!

View from the rooftop pool.

The boys out on the kayaks. Elizabeth and I went out once to try and spy on a monster yacht that had a US movie star on it anchored right out front of our place, but we didn't succeed.

This is moments before we almost died and Wade was puking over the side!!!

I look beyond scary here, but it is the only proof that I got a pina colada and it was GOOD!

We ventured to Sayulita three times, it will always be a place we will want to go back and visit. This was the famous taco shop we were told to find, best tacos ever!

The taco shop had one of the biggest tequila collections in the world, ha ha. The bartender couldn't imagine that none of us wanted to try some!
Best dinner of the trip.

This food was amazing, everyone got fish, but I got the filet and I will never forget that filet, or the cream cheese croissant rolls that we got three helpings of, yum!

Wade my not-surfer boy trying to paddle board/surf!

Sayulita again, loved it here.

Sayulita beach, way more crowded and touristy. I love how they have lay out chairs everywhere, we need those at our beaches!

We celebrated Cinco de Mayo with the best Mexican made pizza ever! Authentic.
How scary are these guys with huge guns strolling the beach?
We had to hit up the taco spot in Sayulita one more time before we left!
Wade still got his Pepsi even in Mexico!

My last hour of relaxation with my book, can't wait for that feeling again, hopefully someday!
I was excited here to be going home to see my boys, but this week was so needed and so appreciated. I had fun, I relaxed, I laughed, I saw things that made me want to cry, I loved...I think it sort of changed me, or at least for awhile, it made me appreciate all that I have. We hope to go back soon and bring the boys, they would love it there. Happy 10 years Wade!
