Newport Week
It's that time of year again! Every year in July Wade's family all comes to spend a week in Newport, which is so convenient for us because we get a mini vacation without having to do the traveling. I didn't get the usual million pictures of us all by the pool and at the beach this year, but we did do a couple of fun things that we got some shots of. We spent one day at Legoland, which was really fun this year. Bennett was old enough to go on all the rides, and he wanted to go on them all. It was surprising to me.

Grandma Decker rode a lot of rides with Bennett since Grayson was too little to go on most rides, or Grandma would wait with Grayson, here we are on the boat ride that Grayson actually got to go on.
The other ride that Grayson got to go on was this little train, i rode it with him 5 times in a row while we waited for the big kids to go on some big rides.

One day Wade got off work early and we all headed to Balboa. We got ice cream at Ruby's on the pier and then we rented bikes and rode down the boardwalk, it was a really fun day. This was the whole group that came to Newport this year.
We got to ride with Wade's sister Jenisse and her friend Kassy, it was actually really tiring!
We had a fun week going to the pool and hanging out at the hotel with cousins. Now back to our boring old routine!

Grayson looks like he's bringing sexy back sitting next to that lego lion. Too cute. I love that you went on a true family bike ride. Those look so fun. I need to go back to balboa soon.

Those bikes look really cool. It looks like you all had so much fun. It makes me sad we don't get to see my whole family in AZ now. :(
