Seriously? Bennett still loves his frog and he was letting him hop all over in the bathroom one day. It totally creeps me out. Bennett's goal in life is to get me to hold it, no thank you!

My mom has been in town for two weeks helping my sisters family move and we decided to go on a fun adventure to Mission Viejo Lake one morning. We thought renting peddle boats was a good idea...not so much. It was so hard with all of the little kids, they couldn't really peddle, so it was more work for us. We lasted only about half of the time. It was still fun though.
Grayson hated his life jacket.
My mom got stuck with all the "big" kids, well not big, but the biggest in our group and she had to do extra hard work since Bennett and Payton couldn't do too much. Sorry!
Monica and I could both peddle, but our kids were too little to sit still on the back alone. Not a good combo!
Then, last night our friends had a pirate party, and if you know Wade and I you know we are usually the party poopers that don't dress up. So, literally an hour before the party started we decided to go for it and this is what we came up with:
Not bad for not spending a dollar, and last minute. It was a fun party, we were glad we went and now maybe next time we will dress up again!
And last but not least....Grayson is so big and silly. I don't know what to do with this kid!

I sure do miss you! Those are great pics. And, YES, Bennett does look hot in his bowling shoes. I thought the same about Kai. Good for you for dressing up, too. I find that kind of stuff hard to do, but rewarding in the end, eh? You guys look great!

I LOVE the pirate costumes, I can't stand how hilarious Wade's teeth are! And I more LOVe the last picture of Grayson! He's such a cutie! by the way, my legs are killing me!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! Grayson is so big! I am so proud of you guys and your costumes. Matt is jealous, and would love to dress up with Wade and Bryan sometime. Can't wait to see you guys tomorrow!

Dude, your kids are getting so big and freaking cute. And I can't even believe Parker is 10 already. You've seriously been on my list to call for the past three and a half weeks. Ya, my plan was to call and say happy birthday. You'll be impressed that I remembered you and Tara on your day, but we were on family vacation with Kevin's family camping with no cell phone service. And here we are in Sept. already. So happy belated birthday and I'll still call soon.
