Yesterday was a fun day. Our friends Tiffany and Matt Bindel had invited us up to LA for the day to go to a taping of the Ellen show. I had never done anything like it and wasn't sure what to expect, but we had a really fun day. It was nice to take the day off of work and have a day full of fun with Wade and friends, I needed it. We were a little bummed when we found out the guest was Mario Lopez, but it could have been worse! All I wanted was to get some sort of prize and I did, nothing crazy, but we got a year subscription to Netflix, which I'm excited about because I haven't rented a movie in over a year because I'm too cheap! We had fun dancing, (Tiffany got called down while we were waiting for the show to start and did a dance solo on stage in front of the whole crowd! It was awesome.) and screaming and clapping, but I was so tired when we were done. You will have to watch today and see if you can see us, we are on the side when Ellen first goes up to dance, she walks right by me and then back down, so we will see..........
We had to leave our cameras in the car, so we only got one picture while we were waiting to go inside. 
After the show we went to dinner at the "Pink Taco" restaurant. I had never heard of it, but i must say it was some of the best Mexican food i have had in a long time.
Thanks Matt and Tiffany for a really fun day, we will be up again soon for our sight seeing tour!

YEAH!!! That was the most FUN day! Matt and I said several times how great it was. Much more fun than I had expected. I am glad that things worked out and you could go with us. I will eat at pink taco with you anytime!! :)
Wade was super funny and made things interesting! Thanks for still being my friend even after seeing my horrible white dance moves!
how fun Sara! That's hilarious that Tiffany got called down to dance in front of everyone, I can't wait to watch it today and see you on TV! Awesome that you got a free year for Netflix too!!

SO FUN! I'll record today's show in case you are on it. I've seen the Pink Taco in Vegas, but didn't know they had one in LA. The name grosses me out BIG TIME, but I'm glad to hear the food was yummy! So glad you had a day off to enjoy!
I've been racking my brain about how I know Tiffany and Matt. We used to be in their ward like 4 years ago! She's a cutie, she did my eyebrows once before we moved. Small world, huh?
I've done Ellen once before, it's way fun!
I am so jealous. I love Ellen and have wanted to go to one of her shows for so long.
I'm so jealous! I have been trying so hard to get tickets to go see Ellen and I cannot get them! I'm glad you had so much fun! I tivoed it so I'll watch it and look for you!
I tivoed it to see if I could see you or Megan and I could totally see you dancing! I didn't watch the whole show so I don't know if you were on more but, how fun!
